PCCA takes great pride in developing the highest quality educational programs and providing top-notch networking and sharing opportunities at our events. Our policy is to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the program if it hasn’t met your educational goals.
If you are not satisfied with our educational content for International Seminar 2020, your refund must be requested by Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020. To request a refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the attendee name, email address, phone number, International Seminar 2020 and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being requested. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Billing and Cancellation Policy
Credit cards will be billed immediately. For those members who select the Bill Account option, billing for PCCA International Seminar registrations will occur immediately following the event. Full refunds available through Friday, October 30, 2020. The registration fee will not be refunded for any cancellations received after October 30, including no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive an audio recording of the event plus video recording access for 6 months post-event.
If you do not receive your confirmation letter within one week, please call to confirm receipt of your registration.
An email that includes virtual conference login and app details will be sent to all registrants by 4 pm CT two days before the event begins. Full instructions will be included in the email.
