PCCA takes great pride in developing the highest quality educational programs and providing top-notch networking and sharing opportunities at our events. Our policy is to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the program if it hasn’t met your educational goals.

If you are not satisfied with our educational content for International Seminar 2022, your refund must be requested by Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022. To request a refund, email education@pccarx.com and include the attendee name, email address, phone number, International Seminar 2022 and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being requested. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Billing and Cancellation Policy

All PCCA International Seminar registrations will be billed immediately to your preferred credit card. Billing to member accounts is no longer available.

Full refunds are available through Friday, Oct. 7, 2022. The registration fee will not be refunded for any cancellations received after Friday, Oct. 7, including no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive video recording access for 3 months post-event. Hotel reservation cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Virtual Attendance Viewing Logistics

An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email.
