*Can I bring my spouse?
Yes. Spouses and Guests are $700 USD per person.
Spouse or guest registration includes meals, receptions and the Friday evening party, but does not include access to International Seminar education, the education app or video recordings. If education is desired, a separate full attendee registration must be purchased. Use the same registration link to add a spouse or guest.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refunds are available through September 26, 2025. The registration fee will not be refunded for any cancellations received after September 26, 2025, including no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive video recording access for 60 days post-event. Hotel reservation cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

What if I need to switch from in-person to virtual attendance?
Switching to virtual attendance is allowed through September 26, 2025. The difference in price will be refunded. Any attendee switching after September 26, 2025 will not be refunded the difference in price between in-person and virtual.

How does virtual viewing work?
An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email.
